    Terms and Conditions

    Effective date: 7 November 2026

    1. About these terms

    These terms govern your use of the QuantumStream Solutions website at qssolutions.us, operated by QuantumStream Solutions LLC, 854 Broken Sound Pkwy NW, Boca Raton, Florida 33487, United States. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to that company. Contact us at info [at] qssolutions [dot] us.

    By using the website, you agree to these terms to the extent applicable law allows them to apply. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

    These are website terms only. They are not terms of sale and do not cover consulting, engineering, software, licensing or production services. Any such work is governed by a separate proposal or written agreement. These terms do not govern a future customer portal.

    2. What the website is for

    The website presents the three directions of QuantumStream Solutions and lets you contact us:

    • Enterprise Technology & AI: cloud, identity, PKI, virtual desktops, DevSecOps, AI automation, custom software and integrations, and the Okta2EntraID product;
    • RF & Antenna Engineering: antenna and RF design, research and manufacturing capabilities, with typical values for antenna classes and requests for quotation;
    • Creative Studio: video production, content planning and publishing automation.

    The website is intended for business and professional users. If you use it on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are allowed to act for that organisation.

    3. Information on the website

    Website content is general information and an invitation to discuss your requirements. It is not engineering, security, legal, regulatory or financial advice for your situation. Solution pages describe the kind of work we do without naming clients. Please discuss your requirements with us before relying on website content for a project or decision.

    Enterprise services and products. Descriptions of services and of the Okta2EntraID product are general. Features, compatibility with third-party platforms, availability and support are confirmed in a proposal or in the product’s own licence terms. Names of third-party products and platforms, such as Microsoft or Okta, identify the systems we work with; they do not imply endorsement by, or affiliation with, their owners unless we state so.

    RF technical content. Typical specifications describe a product or antenna class. They are not a promise that every unit or configuration achieves those values. Values marked “computed” come from calculations or simulations and are not measurements. Illustrations show antenna types and are not manufacturing instructions or a complete production design. Suitability depends on the application, configuration and operating conditions. A website description is not a certification or a guarantee of regulatory approval.

    Creative Studio content. Descriptions of production and publishing services, and any example material, show the kind of work we do. They do not promise a particular result, audience or reach.

    We aim to keep information accurate and may correct or update it at any time. These qualifications do not reduce specifications or commitments expressly agreed in a separate contract.

    4. Enquiries and quotations

    The site does not provide checkout or take payment. Submitting an enquiry or receiving an acknowledgement does not create an order, reserve capacity or require either party to enter a contract.

    Any price, delivery schedule, scope of work, acceptance criteria, warranty, licence and ownership of project deliverables must be set out in a separate quotation or agreement. Its stated acceptance process determines when a contract is formed. These website terms do not replace or amend an agreed contract.

    5. Website content and intellectual property

    Rights in the website’s text, branding, illustrations, layout and other materials remain with us or our licensors. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.

    You may view the website, share links, and download or print reasonable extracts for personal reference or internal business evaluation, keeping attribution and rights notices intact. Other copying, adaptation, republication, commercial redistribution or use of our branding requires our permission, unless the law allows it.

    Publication does not grant a licence to manufacture a design, use a patent or access our internal software, source models or engineering tools. Reference to an antenna family does not mean we claim exclusive rights in that general type.

    6. Information and material you submit

    Provide accurate information and submit only material you are authorised to share. You keep your rights in submitted material, such as specifications, design files, descriptions of your environment, footage, scripts and brand assets. You allow us to use it, and involve service providers as needed, only to consider your enquiry and provide a response or requested proposal, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy. This does not grant a right to publish your material or to use it in our own examples or advertising; that needs your written permission.

    Some material needs care before it is sent:

    • contact us first about sensitive engineering material, export-controlled information or information that requires a specific confidentiality agreement, so that we can agree an appropriate channel and any necessary arrangements;
    • do not send passwords, access tokens, production data or your customers’ personal data; access to your systems, where a project needs it, is agreed separately;
    • for footage, images or brand assets, make sure you hold the necessary rights and the permission of people who can be identified in them.

    A general website enquiry does not itself establish a separate nondisclosure agreement.

    If you send us suggestions or feedback about the website or our services, we may use them to improve the website and our services without any obligation or payment to you. This does not apply to your project material or confidential information, which we use only as described above.

    7. Acceptable use

    Do not use the website to:

    • break the law or infringe the rights of others;
    • distribute malware, send spam or unsolicited advertising, or submit false or automated enquiries;
    • impersonate another person or misrepresent your connection with an organisation;
    • access systems or data without authorisation, test the website’s security without our permission, or interfere with its availability;
    • breach export-control or sanctions laws, or obtain information from us for a prohibited destination, end user or end use;
    • collect content in bulk by automated means, for example to build datasets or train AI models, without our permission (normal search engine indexing is not affected).

    We may restrict or suspend access, or disregard an enquiry, where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security incidents or legal requirements.

    8. Export control and sanctions

    We comply with the export-control and sanctions laws of the United States, including the Export Administration Regulations and the sanctions programmes administered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), and with other export-control and sanctions laws that apply to us. These laws apply to all our services, and with particular care to RF products, designs and technical information.

    By using the website or sending an enquiry, you confirm that:

    • you are not located in, organised under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in a country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions;
    • you are not, and you do not act for, a person or organisation on a U.S. government restricted-party list (such as OFAC’s Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List or the Commerce Department’s Entity List), or owned or controlled by such a person or organisation;
    • you will not use information obtained from us for a prohibited end use, including any end use related to weapons of mass destruction or a military end use or end user where the law prohibits it, and you will not export, re-export or transfer it in breach of applicable law.

    We screen enquiries against government sanctions and restricted-party lists and may ask about the destination, end use, end user and other parties before sharing technical detail or a quotation. We may decline, delay or stop any request, and report it where the law requires, if these laws prohibit or restrict it, if screening raises a concern, or if the information we need is not provided.

    9. Privacy and third-party links

    Our Privacy Policy explains technical logs, browser storage, our cookieless website analytics and information submitted through the site.

    External websites have their own terms and privacy practices. A link is provided for reference and does not by itself imply endorsement. We do not control external content, but remain responsible for our own obligations under applicable law.

    10. Availability and responsibility

    We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website. The website may be unavailable during maintenance or because of technical problems. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access, or that general website information will meet every project’s needs. To the extent applicable law allows, the website is provided as it is and as available, without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded.

    To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of this public website. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to your use of this public website is limited to US $100. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable liability for death or personal injury. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Obligations under a separate contract are governed by that contract and applicable law.

    To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the website.

    11. Questions, governing law and disputes

    Please contact info [at] qssolutions [dot] us with questions or concerns; we aim to resolve them informally first.

    These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the website, are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. These terms do not require arbitration. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring proceedings there where that law allows.

    12. Changes and general provisions

    We may update these terms for future use of the website and display the new effective date. Updated terms apply to use of the website after that date. Changes do not retrospectively alter an existing contract or accrued rights.

    If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. If we do not enforce a provision at once, we do not waive our right to do so later.

    We may assign or transfer these terms, for example as part of a reorganisation, merger or sale of our business; you may not assign them without our written consent. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about use of the website; they do not affect a separate contract.

    These terms are available in English and Ukrainian and are intended to have the same meaning. Please let us know if you notice a discrepancy.
